Need a place to stay and any thoughts that on getting tickets. I can get the flight but tickets for the open aren't on any to the public til March versus going through a broker. You can imagine the mark up. Again, your thoughts

Others have reported they were able to get tickets on the official site. The trick apparently is to log on when they open the sales, which could be the middle of the night in the US. There was some discussion before this year's tourney. Try doing a search.

Also - I was looking at the site just a couple of weeks before the tournament this year and there still seemed to be tickets available.

It appears that public ticket sales are available in the fall 0f 2018. Using airline miles to get there requires booking now. When I attended the Wimbledon a couple of years ago I used StubHub and paid an arm and a leg. I am hoping to find a more cost effective way to get a hold of a pair of tickets to see the quarterfinals or the semi-finals.
