French Railways Traffic information

I just checked the SNCF (French National Railway Company) website & this is the message found on their home page:

TRAFFIC INFORMATION

SNCF and all its employees express their solidarity with the victims
of the Parisian attacks and their families.

Traffic on all of our lines will run as scheduled.

Let's stay vigilant together.

It's extremely difficult to fathom the recent attacks on Paris... but it's heartening to see how cities around the world have expressed their support of France. Let's continue supporting France!

Hi Priscilla-that's encouraging. Looks like air travel to/from France is continuing, too. Let's hope normal life across the globe isn't too disrupted by murderers and criminal terrorists.

Travelers coming this way should remember that trips may take longer than normal due to the fact that French have reintroduced border controls.

In addition yesterday at CDG the lines for passport control and security were reportedly extraordinarily long, so if flying out of Paris, you need to allow even more extra time in order that you don't miss your flight.
