Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but our daughter did a study abroad semester in Paris and she attended Institut de Catholique. I would check and see what programs they may have for you.

I can recommend two, each of which has a website explaining its method:
Institut de Français in Villefranche sur mer outside Nice which offers intensive classes for all levels.
Valorme in Foix, a small city in Ariège, which offers an intensive class for a single level each month.
