Frejus to Cannes scenic drive

Steve’s’ Provence book suggests a scenic coastal drive between Frejus and Cannes. Does anyone know how much time to allow for that drive? It looks slow and windy, our drive that day ends with a late afternoon flight out of Nice, so we need to make an intelligent decision as to whether to take that drive or not. I can’t make Google Maps on my phone take that route.
Thanks

According to ViaMichelin.com, depending on the route you take, it could take from 1 hour on the A8 or the DN 7 to an hour and a half if driving the coast road on the D1098 and D6098. Here's a link!

The coastal road is totally worth the drive; allow 2.5 hours with traffic and a couple of photo stops from Fréjus to Nice airport if you rejoin the A8 motorway at Mandelieu - do not stay on the coastal road all the way to Cannes, it is basically urban and not worth it. Without traffic and without stops, it takes 1.5 hours, but on a late afternoon, there will be traffic.
