When will the site release tour information for Europe for 2020 dates? Looking to price and book ahead. Any help appreciated!

They're usually announced in August of the preceding year. It was September, a few years ago, then August. This year they were actually announced in late July, some of them even earlier.
The price stays pretty consistent year to year. Sometimes it goes up a bit; occasionally it is lowered. But you can at least get a ballpark figure and start budgeting now.

They also generally start on the same days of the week from year to year as well if that helps at all with your planning.
