France---the whole country!!!

Thanks for this info, Janet. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get live coverage of French news, which will surely cover this event, at least for part of the eleven minutes? Of course, I know this will be the wee hours for me, but still exciting!

You can probably watch a Livestream in English at France24.com - scroll to live coverage.

But I think it is for seven minutes, not 11.

Start time is supposed to be 10 am Friday Paris time.
So 4 am Eastern Time
3 am Central
2 am Mountain
1 am Pacific

The "Catholique de France" YouTube channel announced it would be broadcasting live coverage of the Pope's visit.

For those with a VPN, the public broadcasting network France-TV will be airing live coverage of all events during the Pope's visit.
Live streams from all their channels (including France 24) are available on their website:

I am not sure if registration on the website is required for these events, but it is free anyway.

I was next to one of our churches this morning but didn’t hear anything. Our bells usually ring for masses.
