Hoping someone in this community can help me find where I can purchase fragrance free laundry detergent in Paris. I have checked out various supermarches (Monoprix, Carrefour, etc...) online and have found hypoallergenic, sensitive formula and "natural" scent, but so far, not unscented detergent. Would I be able to find fragrance free detergent in a pharmacy or a biologique shop?
Are you in Paris already? If so, I don't have suggestions. But if you haven't left yet, have you considered taking your own detergent in the form of laundry sheets? I've used this brand for sink washing and they work fine. They're not liquid so you don't have to worry about spillage.
I gave up in both France and Italy —- I now bring these sheets: https://a.co/d/duML3zk
I am not in France yet and had considered laundry sheets but am really put off by negative reviews including the brand mentioned in the comments.
Do you want fragrance free or do you want unscented?
What detergent do you use at home? Can you take some of that with you? I too have read negative test results about the laundry detergent sheets actually getting clothes clean, so I take my own in a checked bag. Others here swear by those sheets, however.
David Lebovitz has complained about the pervasive use of fragrance in France on his blog and Instagram on several occasions, and has resorted to bringing back unscented stuff when he comes back to the US to visit.
I usually take the laundry sheets, knowing they're not the greatest but they'll do for a couple of loads until I get home and wash things with my own detergent. Many times in apartments or laundromats, the machines smell like fragrance and it gets transferred to the clothes anyway.

My husband and I are doing carryon only and will be there for a month, so, unfortunately cannot take detergent with us. To clarify, I am looking for fragrance free rather than "unscented" which can have chemicals that mask the scent and have no discernible scent. Someone I follow on Youtube has given me a name of a french brand, "SAFE" which is available online. I may get that delivered to my airbnb if all else fails.

The only way to know if they work for you is to try them before you leave home. I don't actually love using laundry sheets for a number of reasons but for travel they are a better option than lugging liquid with me or trying to find something that works in another country. Nothing is perfect. And though I listed a specific brand, there are many other choices including packing your own unscented powdered detergent.

You should be able to fit some laundry powder in your carry on. You don’t need as much as the manufacturer tells you; I regularly use half of what the manufacturer recommends. I would think a cup would last a month. You could also take the pods, but those would need to go in the 3-1-1 ziploc.
I'm not an expert in searching for what you're seeking but brands of laundry detergent I've seen that state they're "sans parfum" include some products by Briochin, SAFE, Rainett, and Persavon. I suspect all carry both scented and unscented versions so you'll have to read labels. Look for lessive sans parfum.
As a time saver, maybe use CDiscount or Amazon.fr to search for products, even if you don't buy from them you'll know what to look for. Bio Coop is a widespread "bio" chain of stores (i.e., what were called in the 1970s "health food" stores) that might carry some products you might like.
I've edited and moved this answer because I didn't make clear that this is what you are looking for.
I’ve used Le Chat Sensitive here in France for years. It has no fragrance though the label says Aloe Vera & Marseille, which refers to what's in the product.
Our clothes dry on racks on the balcony or in our living room and I have never had any scent. Scented detergent of any sort makes me gag, whether in the US or France.
I just sniffed yesterday’s dried wash still in the living room and there’s absolutely no fragrance.
E. Leclerc sells a laundry detergent that is fragrance free (sans parfum). The detergent is called Epsile Perfect and says "formulaire sans parfum" on the label. I have no idea which locations, if any, in Paris have it stock right now but if you are over in the Montparnasse area, there is an E. Leclerc on Avenue du Maine. Also, Monoprix sells SAFE Lessive Sans Parfum; the Monoprix that I am most familiar with is the on Rue Saint Antoine in Le Marais but other large Monoprix locations should have it.
Also I have found that amazon.fr works well for things that you might wish to have but don't want to spend a lot of time shopping around for after you get there. I used in even in an small town where I had rented a house. I selected the delivery location not at my rental but at a small shop in town. I ordered ahead of my arrival and it was waiting for me there to pick it up.
I make my own powder detergent and bring it with me. I use washing soda, baking soda, OxiClean, and grated castile soap. (I use a cheese grater.) Totally natural, no scent (unless you buy scented soap), works great.
I have a lot of sensitive skin and fragrance-averse people in my family, and when we travel, I bring these:

They are fragrance-free and unscented. They work great, clean the clothes (handwash and machine wash), and don't provoke any rashes, itching, or migraines.
At home, I use Arm & Hammer fragrance-free powder detergent. Another option would be to bring a ziploc of powdered detergent like this in your carryon; you don't need much per load (not nearly as much as the directions say). I find the Washeze sheets to be easier to carry and they work great, so I bring those.
I use a powdered laundry soap that's very similar to Kelly's homemade. Mine is called "Grandma's Non-Detergent Laundry Soap." I take about 1/4 to 1/2 cup in a small baggie. The product recommends 1 Tablespoon for a washer load; I use about a teaspoon for a sink wash. I can't use most commercial laundry products; this one works for me. No skin or sinus problems.
