Forgive another Metro Pass Question

I know the search tab can assist with finding answers, and I have read the information from the RATP site, but I want to ask your thoughts on the best pass for us. These are our travel plans for the end of July
Friday--Eurostar from London, Arc de Triomphe
Saturday--Trip on our own via train to Versailles
Sunday--Tour group via bus to Normandy
Monday--Eiffel Tower, Louvre and possible St. Chappelle
Tuesday--Train to Disneyland Paris
Wednesday--Train to Disneyland Paris
Thursday--Atelier des Lumières, Sacre Couer,
Friday--Open day and Dinner Cruise
Saturday--Return home

So we will be 7 days we will need transportation as we have transfers from Gare du Nord and to the airport for our return home. We will walk to the Arc from our hotel so are good on that day. What package do you think would work best for us?

Thanks!

Sorry, cannot help with your actual question on Metro passes, but looking at your schedule, I think I would schedule the "Open day and dinner cruise" the day after the long bus ride day to Normandy.

You'll get the most bang for your buck with a Navigo Decouverte if you do Versailles after your Sunday Normandy tour. That way, it will be included with your pass, which begins Monday morning. Maybe do your Atelier des Lumieres and Sacre Couer on that day. Friday and Saturday and be covered by a Carnet of 10 rides for 14.90 EUR.

for the weekend you cannot use the Navigo Decouverte -- the last possible purchase of a pass for the same week is Thursday. But since you are going to Normandy one day it would be a waste anyway - just buy tickets to Versailles for about 7 Euro. for Monday thought Sat. use. a Navigo Decouverte; the two round trips to Disney pay for it and you can use it for any bus, metro, RER travel in the Ile de France. cost is 5 for the card and 22.80 for the weekly pass -- best travel bargain in Europe. You need a 25/30 mm head shot which you can just print out on your computer.

Joe, You are correct in that it will be a long trip to Normandy, but we want to end the trip with the Dinner Cruise, so that was why we have that day. And if it should be raining on Monday, we can swap the other activities for that day.

Sam , I can appreciate your point with regards to the switch for Versailles and Normandy, and we would do that if the Magic Fountain show was presented on Sunday, but it is only on Saturday so that is the reason for our schedule. But I like the suggestion of you and Janet for the Navigo Decouverte pass.

Barbara, you are right, it IS our life and our money so we are going to Disney two days, and looking forward to it!

Janet, thanks so much for your response and the link. It is my understanding that the Magic Fountain show is at night with lighting effects, music and fireworks. But we may forgo the later show as we have a 7:00 meeting for Normandy the next day! If they are running during the day, we are good.

ahh learned something new. Since darkness falls so very late, is there a train back to Paris late enough for after a fireworks show?

I was in Paris a few weeks ago, and the Navigo Decouverte card was an excellent bargain! We used them so much, including from Disneyland Paris and round trip to Versailles. We loved it! We could just hop on any convenient bus, metro, or RER. Even the funicular at Montmartre! I hope you enjoy Disneyland Paris! We really enjoyed it! Disney people are the best people!
