Hello I’m trying to decide on a food tour in Marais or Montmartre or possibly both. Any feedback from people who have done both? Pros or cons with one or the other? This is our first visit and would love any input. Thank you

Well, have only done one in St. Germain but plan to do one this May in the Marais. SO not being very helpful. But we used Lisa - Flavors of Paris. She was just terrific. https://www.flavorsofparis.com/about-us

In September I did two Eating Europe food tours in Paris solo and one in London with a friend. In 2019 we did an Eating Europe tour in Rome. The Paris tours were Le Marais Twilight tour and the French Chef tour. Both were good with interesting food and good guides. But the group you are with makes all the difference in how much you will enjoy the tour. The Le Marais tour group included a fun-loving theater group from Kansas City. The French Chef tour only had two other women who wanted to impress the guide with how much they knew about Julia Child's cooking, one of whom could barely walk the route between restaurants.
Overall, I'd recommend Eating Europe. They also have a Montmartre tour but I don't know anything about it.
