Food/Cocktail tours of Paris

Hello,
We are going to Paris in September. I am looking for a food/cocktail tour that does not take place on a boat.
We have 3-4 days there. Something out of the norm, cool cocktail vibe would be good.
And/or the recommendation of a couple of intriguing cocktail spots/restaurants.

I know there are lots of books to give recommendations, but I would like some that YOU have been on or been to.
Thanks,
Cathy

It's not just cocktails, and I haven't done it personally, but I know lots of people who rave about their meal/experience on the Bustronome.

Cocktails are just coming into their own in wine-country France. Most places that I've seen imitate American standards. Fingers crossed that some people have some good tips on cocktail bars with their own original creations.

Le Rosebud bar on Rue Delambre in Montparnasse has atmosphere and charm galore. Harry's New York Bar on Rue Daunou near the Palais Garnier is probably the most famous bar in Paris. Paris By Mouth does great food/wine/chocolate tours - have done two of their tours, both very good. Enjoy your visit.

We took a walking food tour of La Marais with Paris by Mouth and LOVED it. We had wine, not cocktails, but they have a lot of options.

Another vote for Paris by Mouth, the Marais tour in particular. Best chocolate I have ever had in my life. Ample wine too.

Not to worry, I do like wine (a lot), so I am sure we will find something to make us happy. I will look for the Paris by Mouth tour for sure.

Thanks,

Cathy
