Here's an interesting article about a rather spectacular new building opening in the Bois de Boulogne in October. I'm hoping to get a look at it in September. From the few photos I've seen, it looks like it may fit its surroundings well, despite protestations (and lawsuits) by neighbors.
The blending of new with old is a fascinating challenge in historic cities.
