Considering Covid world requirements. How early should we arrive for a flight to Madrid to make it to my flight on time?

Our flight leaves at 7:30am to Madrid on a Friday
Without knowing this airport I am wondering how busy it is around that time of the day for an international flight and Trying to calculate when to leave from our hotel in downtown Paris and make it to our gate on time. We are also going to need a positive covid test performed prior to that. I would hope we can do that somewhere in Paris if not at the airport.
