Flying from CDG to AGP...

Passport control will be in CDG (first port of entry in the EU Schengen Zone).
You will not be clearing customs there, therefore you won't see your luggage at all, since it is routed directly to AGP.
Customs will be in AGP, however unlike the US where you are required to fill those silly US Customs forms, in Europe you just pick up your luggage at the carousel at AGP and walk through the green line (nothing to declare). If the customs officers pick on you, they will simply ask you where you are coming from and if they want will spot check your luggage. In almost 40 trips to Europe it has happened to me only once, in Barcelona, and only because I was carrying major boxes with personal computer equipment (they belonged to my brother in law who had just moved there).

T-2E is actually 3 separate terminals called Hall (M, K, L). The transfer to 2F will vary in length or time and mode of transportation depending on which Hall your arrival gate happens to be. Hall M is a separate satellite in the middle of the tarmac and the only way to 2F is to take the CDGVAL (underground people mover) or I believe a bus. Haven't flown to CDG for a few years and at the time the Hall M wasn't built yet, so I don't know. From Hall K it's a quicker transfer.

The two terminals are relatively close, but everything at CDG is bigger than you probably expect. Follow the indoor walking route; try to avoid going outside to the shuttle bus which is very slow. Line length and time to clear immigration can vary a lot. Don't dawdle until you are in clear view of your destination.
