Hi,
We leave for France next week from US on AA. The connection is in Madrid (Iberia) to Marseille. Do we need any other documentation besides the CDC cards and Passenger Locator forms to board flight from Madrid to Marseille? Thank you in advance for your guidance.

No you don't; all of that data is collected when you are issued a boarding pass at check-in the first flight USA to Madrid. You will just pass immigration border control and get your passport stamped on the way to the gate to your connecting flight to Marseille
