Will fly from US to Iceland on Iceland Air and do a 2 day stop over before flying to CDG where we begin a tour. What should we expect regarding immigration etc and how long before we can get to the taxis to head in to central Paris. We will only be taking carry on luggage.

Since Iceland is part of the Schengen Zone (as is France), you will go through Immigration in Iceland, the flight to CDG will just be a Domestic flight, no Immigration, just out the door and on your way.
Of course CDG is no small airport, seems like you walk forever just to get anywhere.

Thanks so much, that is what I thought but saw people talking about having to have their passports checked and it taking awhile.
