Hi folks. I'm going to be in Strasbourg all summer (late May through early August), and I'm hoping to do some regular fly fishing. Unsurprisingly, it's pretty difficult to figure out how much I need to pay, and to whom, in order to have the right licenses and permissions to fish. Anybody out there have experience with this?
For my particular situation, it seems that the Bruche River, from Molsheim to Schirmeck, is the best option. I've found some websites that describe several "courses," but they all seem to be in different fishing departments, and also seem to be run by private clubs. Would I need to buy the "Inter-Federation" permit (something like € 96 for the year), and then pay the club a fee on top of that?
