Our plan is fly into ,Paris train to Lyon for 2 days,then Avignon 3 days ,back to Paris 4 days, wife n I are food enthusiasts, we’ve made reservations at a few 1 n 2 star restaurants but were looking for top notch casual restaurants as well as other cuisine styles such as Moroccan/North African,Vietnamese,Lebanese, in Paris ,and any recommendations for a country farm house type outside Avignon

Kubri in the 11th on the r. Amelot. Excellent Levantine food. So good that we made reservations to come back the following night. You need to reserve a day or two ahead. You can reserve on their website.
For Moroccan, try l'Homme Bleu on the r. Jeanne-Pierre Timbaud, again in the 11th. I love Moroccan food and they do it really well. Have eaten here several times and always a winner. Again, reserve.
