I'm taking a business trip to Tours, France in a few days. The day I'm leaving, next Tuesday, I have some time to hang out in Paris on my way to the airport. I've been to Paris numerous times and have seen all the "sites" I can think of. What would you do if you had about 3-4 hours to spend in Paris before catching the metro to the airport?

Sit at a cafe, read a book, watch the locals.
See what Notre Dame looks like these days.
Weather permitting, I would stroll along the Seine (at water level or above) from the Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame. Sit at a Cafe for the remainder of my time & take the RER-B from Saint-Michel to CDG. If weather not appealing, find a museum I have not visited yet and do so, with some Cafe time in as well.
