Ferry from St. Malo to Dinard or Alet?

The RS section on St. Malo shows and describes a "foot ferry" going to Dinard. I cannot seem to find where it actually lands in Dinard.
Anyone know? We would like to visit St. Malo then take the ferry to Dinard to have dinner, likely at a restaurant with an ocean view. Will be there in June.

Or, would we be better off walking to Alet and eating there, enjoying the views.

Thanks,

Chris

There are several companies that make the crossing
Saint Malo ↔ Dinard with a small boat.

The company "Corsaire" and the company "Les Bateaux Rouges"

For both the last departures are normally between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., therefore incompatible with a return after dinner.

There may be possibilities of a later return, you have to ask once there.

Information about times, prices and boarding locations on PDF documents:

We took the foot ferry to and from Dinard, and also walked along the coast to Alet when we were in Saint-Malo in September 2019. Since we only used the ferry one time in a strange land, I don't remember where the ferry actually lands in Dinard.

The walk along the coastal trail from Saint-Malo to Alet is really pretty on a nice day, and I would pick the walk to Alet if I had to choose.

Thanks to all. I don't think I would want to swim back from Dinard, especially after dinner. Time for "Plan B."
