Favorite food tours in Paris?

We are thinking of doing a food tour in Paris. Any particular ones to take a look at? We are definitely on the foodie spectrum.

I have a reservation to do a food tour with Paris by Mouth in October. I will let you know when I return if your trip is later than October. They come highly recommended by RS and others. I will say the communication in reserving my spot and which tour to do has been stellar. https://parisbymouth.com/

Enjoy,
Kathleen

That is one of the ones we are looking at. Some friends have used them and loved them. Which are you doing--the Marais, the St. Germain or the Left Bank?

hey hey KTSB07
which ever you decide up, you’ll have a great time. here’s a few to look at:
discoverwalks.com
lacuisineparis.com
eatingeurope.com (see if the discount code works)
eatwith.com. Maybe dinner in a local’s house
withlocals.com
getyourguide.com
we will be there last week of September, and I’m on my own mission to taste the “best” eclairs. last trip was french onion soup. also, if you like soufflés, la soufflé or chef phillipe. both savory and sweet, want to taste the grand mariner (?)
have a fabulous trip and enjoy eating

I would only do food tours if I could, eclairs, croissants, etc--but my other half says no, we need to see some culture!

I will look into these as well. I think some of them were on my list for a catacombs tour.

I really liked this food tour of Le Marais from The Tour Guy: http://bit.ly/LeMaraisFoodTourTTG Le Marais is a great neighborhood, one of my faves, and it was plenty of really delicious food. The guide was friendly, so it felt like one big dinner party and I wish I could eat like that every night.

My friend who recommended their service to me took their super expensive food tour. She is such a foodie and it sounded AMAZING, though out of my budget, so maybe once I get a promotion :) http://bit.ly/SuperExpensiveFoodTourTTG

My sister and I took the Marais tour a year ago with this company. It was wonderful! Our guide was a lovely and knowledgeable young woman who was born and raised in the district. She knew all the special places to take us and also all the managers/owners of the places she took us. Along with all the wonderful foods and drinks (yes, even wine!), we also had a lovely walking/history tour. https://www.secretfoodtours.com/paris/

I've done two of the Paris Walks tours, the market tour which was very good, and the chocolate tour which was absolutely wonderful.

We have taken many Eating Europe tours in the past and are looking forward to doing one in Paris in October. Cannot recommend more highly. Wonderful company, great tours. Looking forward to doing one in Prague in the near future.

Thank you all! Based on our current schedule/availability of tours/reviews we have decided to go with the Secret Food Tours for the Montmartre District. It is an area we want to wander around afterwards, so it worked!

I just found out one of my friends from university is living in Le Marais, so we'll get a bit of a tour from her when we meet for drinks, and we'll wander St. Germain with the help of blogs/guidebooks/and here!

Now to figure out when we can see the catacombs!
