I'm getting a little frustrated! After enjoying a fantastic stay at an agritourismo in Tuscany last year, I was anxious to repeat the experience in Provence this coming spring (2024). I have been unable to locate farms that provide these services (accommodations and 1/2 board, breakfast and dinner). Furthermore, most of the places that I have found that might work for us as an alternative don't show availability for next spring. I guess it could be that they just haven't loaded next year's availability and rates yet but but as an old hotel guy, that doesn't make sense. Any suggestions, advice, insight? Thanks.
