We will be spending a few days in Nice between Christmas and the New Year and were hoping to go on a boat ride to view the coastline from the water. So far I haven't been able to find an operator open at this time of the year. Can anyone give me ideas please?

Have you contacted the Office de Tourisme and asked about potential operators? Write to them in English and ask. They´ll know.
