Experiences with Taxis G7 and their mobile app or WeCab which offers shared taxis from CDG?

It appears that for the near term Uber is not able to operate in Paris; have you had an opportunity to use the Taxi G7 and their mobile app to book a ride?
Ditto for WeCab sans the mobile app (only available in French which I am not); when I requested a quote on a ride from CDG to the 4th, the price was attractive - two persons @ 21 euros per passenger for the shared service and 31 euros per passenger for a private two passenger trip.
Thanks.

@avirosemail - would you please expand on how Le Cab is better option - price, service, safety? Merci.

Uber operates just fine in Paris, my friends use it all the time . . Uber Pop maybe not, but regular Uber is here.

But anyway, Taxis G7 is a reliable Paris taxi company. It's the one I use when I need a taxi.

But I wouldn't prebook for a cab if I were arriving in at CDG and going into the city. Just grab a cab from the taxi stand. It will be 55-60-65 euros depending on traffic, but you're not out any money if your flight arrives late. Nor do you have to meet up with anyone if you're early - you just go find a cab.

Le Cab's set price is the set price regardless of traffic or luggage (within reason)
and that price is lower than any of the metered taxi estimates,
so if you are a small group and are willing to cross your fingers about the flight being on time,
then Le Cab is a good deal from CDG.
I agree that if you think you're running early or late enough to miss the Le Cab window,
a standard taxi might be better -- but according to the link above, if you give them your
flight info, they will adjust to actual real-time information about your plane.
I personally tend to take less time to get through airports than most people do,
but if you have to go through some other lines (passport control?) it might be chancy.
To me it's a good deal because you're getting close to the full convenience of an on-demand taxi
at a set lower price.
RE: Uber -- I'm philosophically opposed to Uber. (Does not mean/follow that I'm a supporter of taxi syndicalism.)

"I personally take less time to go through airports than most people do." So how exactly do you do that, without knocking down old ladies and elbowing your way to the front of the Passport Control queue. I, too, would like to take less time.

Norma: knocking down old ladies and elbowing your way ahead in the lines is a good start. You can also yell "Hey, isn't that George Clooney?" while pointing in the wrong direction, and 'accidentally' spilling a bag of marbles is a classic because it works.

We recently took a G7 cab from CDG to the near part of the 4th (in light traffic a little past noon), and it was 44 euros, 45 rounding up for a tip. Using that company was an accident, as it happened to be the next one in the taxi queue; but in the future we'll try for a G7.
