we bought several train tickets on the OUIGO site.
we are postponing our trip indefinitely.
the tickets are exchangeable but must be exchanged before the original travel date.
we do not know when in the future we're rescheduling the trip for.
is it possible to exchange it for an open ended future credit ?
While Ouigo tickets may be changed if done early, I see no provision for changing to an open date. Further, any change is definitive, you may do it one time.
To make a change:
1. go to the site: www.ouigo.com
2. open the link: Mes Réservations.
3. use the same email address as was used for purchase
4. proceed to the link: Modifier votre voyage.

If your trip is before April 30, SNCF is exceptionally allowing refunds or exchanges of all tickets (TER, intercites, TGV).

I would get a reimboursement of the tickets, and when you have re-scheduled your trip, buy new tickets then.
I bought several tickets Vienna-Frankfurt and Frankfurt-Paris. I was able to cancel for refund on the Trainline app I had the refund within 24 hours.
Hello, I have tickets from Paris to Amsterdam on TGV for next week. Per the SNCF website these are fully refundable due to the coronavirus. However, when I try and cancel my tickets, https://en.oui.sncf/en/, it only offers me a 50% refund. Has anyone cancelled and gotten the full refund?
Marcia, you probably need to request a full refund, instead of using the automated system, and the link above may be best. Your ticket is on Thalys, which serves the Paris-Amsterdam route, not actually TGV. I had to make a request for the extra refund for a Thalys ticket booked through Rail Europe. The regular ticket rules allowing just a 50% refund have not necessarily been overridden in the railway’s automated systems.
Thank you Laura for your help. I didn't see anything on the website for how to make the request for a refund, but I am trying to request it through imessanger: m.me/en.oui.sncf. Hopefully this works. I booked the tickets directly through oui.sncf. If there are other suggestions for how to request the full refund per the new corona virus policy, let me know! I unfortunately do not speak French, so I didn't want to call them.
