Exchangeable Rail Ticket?

Need help with below. If I get to the station on the day of travel in time to catch an available earlier train can I exchange my ticket? (I guess probably) And at what cost (15 euro and fare adjustment maybe)? The "From two days / 30 minutes" is not clearly translating for me. Minor related question - does this fare allow use of the Voyageur First Class Lounge?

Tickets can only be exchanged (adjustment to the current fare) and refunded prior to deoarture: A charge of E 15 from two days prior to departure. From 30 minutes prior to departure, tickets can be exchanged up to two times (for the same day and the same journey), and are nonrefundable after the first exchange.*

Hi,

If you travel on a Wednesday, the 15€ ticket change fee (on top of fare difference) will apply from 00:00 (12:00 AM) on Monday, and changes will be possible up to 30 minutes before departure.
Until the Sunday at 23:59, you would only pay the fare difference.

And only a very expensive Business Premier fare allows for lounge use, not a basic "PREMIERE" fare. You won't miss much, they are nowhere near as nice as airport lounges.
