Eurail pass purchased but cannot add ticket to app

don't understand - you have a Eurail pass ((which is your ticket) but you're buying a ticket from Paris to Reims? Why do you need a ticket?

You do need a passholder reservation on the TGV route from Paris Gare de l'Est to Reims, presumably what you're doing????

I think I feel your pain on this. Did you book a ticket on SNCF? As much as I like a rail pass, it's not particularly easy. Do you have a 1st or 2nd class? I use the Rail Europe app to pay for 1st class reservations. A conductor will want to see your ticket on the Interail app, however, with the button slid to the right to show you are using one of your days. I experienced this just 3 days ago. Even the Rail Europe app is weird. How would you know to tap ON the logo for anything?!! Feel free to PM me. It ought to be simple and frankly it isn't always. I'm totally computer savvy and have definitely run into snags.

If you have seat reservations, print them out or stop by any of the SNCF boutiques and ask for assistance.

Nice idea. In addition to my SNCF info I had to show the trip on my Interrail app....
