I have read all the documentation, but I have a couple of questions about entering France from the UK by Eurostar.
Both my wife and I have had the double Pfizer vaccination, plus a Moderna booster that was within 9 months of the original injections. I’ve also had the second booster. As I read it, that’s all we need to enter. Is that correct - as of now? (We’re going in July,)
I also read to be sure to bring the correct forms to the Eurostar station, but I see no forms to fill out. Where do I find those forms?
Any help on the exact procedure will be greatly appreciated.

You are right -- your double vaccination and mRNA booster are key.
There aren't any forms needed any more.
