I have been looking all over for an email to contact this hotel, does anyone have it by chance?
I have tried hotel.duguesclin@wanadoo.fr. But this comes back to me. We are trying to inquire about a reservation for next spring 2021. Also is the early morning mass in the abbey every day of the week we dont want to miss that!

I suspect no one knows what the situation will be next Spring due to COVID developments. You may need to wait a while (as in months) to try to secure any reservation or to get a response back from a hotel for 2021.

There are no church services on Mondays and the morning Laudes start later on weekends, holidays, and in August. See https://www.abbaye-montsaintmichel.com/fraternite-de-jerusalem/horaires-des-offices.
