Eiffel Tower tickets for June

I will be in Paris June 17-21 for a high school graduation trip with my daughter, her best friend and the friend's mom. One of the top things the girls want to do is go up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. When can I buy tickets for that? I have found some things that say 90 days prior, but the website currently only offers tickets through the end of April. I know I am farther out than 90 days, but I want to be prepared so I can buy them quickly when they do go on sale.

Thanks!
Suzanne

I'd start trying 92 days out at 8:30 Paris time. No one seems to know why the system is loused up right now, but the old rule was 90 days. It may have something to do with the increases in prices and updating the web site or something.

Especially in high demand times like June, they may sell out the first half hour they are available. If you do not get tickets you can buy walk up tickets and get the ticket for the elevator from 2 to 3 when you buy your walk up tickets to 2. Or you an always wait in line; it is said to be shortest very early.; The walk up line tends to not be long. You can take the elevator down.

Even if you miss the elevator tickets for the time you want, you can still get up there. You can simply WALK up, any time! Look for the shortest line and that's probably it. About 7 euros each, and you can walk up to the 1st and the second level. I've heard you can also buy tickets anytime to the top level if you enter the walk up entrance, buy the top level tix, walk up 2 flights, and then take the final elevator.
In any case, you can do it at your own pace (plenty of room on the steps), you don't have to worry about timed entrances, it's great exercise, and it's fun!

If you walk up you must buy the elevator ticket to the top in the combo when you buy the walk up ticket. It was 7 walk/6 for the top elevator last I knew, but prices have been going up dramatically so don't know what it is now. The key is you MUST buy the elevator ticket when you buy the walk up ticket because the second floor ticket booth for the elevator has been discontinued. Once on the Tower you cannot buy ticket to get all the way up.

Thank you for the feedback. The girls talked about doing the stairs up, however I think we are also planning to climb the Notre Dame towers that morning. That, in addition to all the various walking in general, I wasn't sure when it actually came time to go if everyone would want stairs after all. or would rather take the elevator. I'm thinking elevator up and stairs down might be a good compromise, and it would still give us the timed admission.

Hi Suzanne, you can purchase tickets at the official website (https://ticket.toureiffel.fr), 90 days in advance at 8:30 a.m. Paris time. Depending on where you live, this may mean getting up at 2:30 a.m. Check out the time difference and be prepared with your credit card and other info. Tickets sell out quickly, sometimes in 20-30 minutes. It's a wonderful experience that you won't forget. Good luck!

Donna, that is the reason I am asking. Currently tickets only go 78 days out (to the end of April). I had heard 90 days but that obviously isn't always the case. Luckily I still have time as the date I want is 116 days away. Just trying to get my ducks in a row.
