I double booked our Eiffel Tower tickets with something else on the same date/time. The web site says all sales are final. Has anyone had this happen? What did you do? The tickets have our names on them, so I'm wondering if I can even sell them at my cost or give them away.

Give them away. They do not check Identity cards to match the ticket
If you have them for July 21 or 22 I would be interested!!
And yes I’ve done this exact same thing , I ended up sending them along to someone through forums . They had no problem using them as they do not care about the name

Honestly, if you tell your hotel concierge, they can PROBABLY arrange to sell them at-cost. It's a tough go to get tickets in advance nowadays, so your concierge would probably be eager to help out another guest.
Out of curiosity, what are the date & time? I might consider purchasing them if you have two between July 10-14!
By all accounts on this forum, Eiffel Tower tickets disappear within minutes of being released for sale, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding someone to give them to or sell them to.
