You can now purchase tickets through the end of April on the website. I was able to get mine this morning without any problems and there were still a lot of open time slots.

I’m trying to buy tickets from the Eiffel Tower website. I’m having trouble creating an account because it keeps saying the formatting for the mobile number is wrong. I’ve tried 00 1 XXX XXXX and 01 XXX XXXX. Does anyone know what works? Thanks, in advance.

I used the format xxx-xxx-xxxx. I didn't include a country code and it worked fine for me. Hopefully it works this way for you!

I just tried for the end of May and there was nothing available for 4 to the Summit. I then tried every day in May, and nothing was available. I tried the same in April, and it is wide open most days, but tickets still available all days until April 29th, then nothing is available again. Are online tickets only available for advance-purchase 4 weeks out?

Same here. Have been checking every day for weeks. I read on the forum that tickets for the end of May would go on sale April 3. I thought I would just check early...all gone for the entire month of May unless I am doing something wrong! Help????

You're not doing anything wrong. They just haven't' been released yet. I had to wait until almost two weeks before my trip before they released the tickets I wanted.

The May tickets don't go sale until April 3rd. They are not all sold out for May even though the calendar looks that way. On another thread about this, two people had emailed the website and were told the same thing about the April 3rd date.

Thanks for the info!! Any word on when June tickets will open up? I plan to be ready on April 3 just in case... but sounds like that is only when May opens?

According to the website, they will be available will be available 2 months
"Occurring exceptionally this year, ticket sales for visits starting April 15th until the end of May will be made available from the beginning of April (this information concerns only individual purchases).
For our upcoming visitors planning to visit in June, tickets will be put on sale 60 days before their intended visit date. Thus, tickets for the beginning of June will be put on sale starting the beginning of April."
