Does anyone have advice on buying Eiffel Tower tickets in advance. We will be in Paris in March and would like to take the stairs to the second level. should I purchase the tickets now? Any thoughts? Also, we plan to purchase a museum once we arrive. Does a museum pass include the Eiffel tower and or the Louvre?

For the Eiffel tickets should only be purchased from the official website https://www.toureiffel.paris/en and yes tickets should be bought asap.
The Eiffel Tower is not included in the Museum Pass but the Louvre of course is.
Usually stair climbing tickets are bought at the Tower, but I have read that they do allow purchase 10 days in advance on the official web site. Tickets to second floor or top go on sale 60 days out and often sell out requiring then standing in line on the day. The stair ticket line is usually fairly short so I would not buy those in advance and go on a nice day; this is particularly important in winter when bad weather may make the trip inadvisable.
