I bought tickets for the Eiffel Tower but I made one mistake. On the screen were you are suppose to change the name from your name to the name of the users of the tickets, I forgot to do this for one person in my group. I have 2 (of 6 tickets) with my name on them and one person in my group doesn't have a ticket with there name on it.
Will this be a problem? Do they Check IDs that closely?

No. I'm not sure they even looked.
odds anyone will even look approach zero; we have never been asked for name ID for even a train ticket in the last 20 years in France; we were not asked for ID when we did the Eiffel Tower with print at home tickets.
Was there on Saturday - they were only interested in the bar code.
They never looked at the name on ours either
Recently I booked 2 tickets for Eiffel tower summit.
Despite checking twice I did not come across any option wherein I could write in the other visitors name. Both tickets have been issued in my name. But ofcourse the bar code is different and also the tickets are numbered as 1/2 and 2/2.
I guess this shoud not create problem at the security check point
I did the exact some thing last year. They could have cared less.
