Eiffel Tower Summit tickets and Madame Brasserie early dinner - Same day?

Hi, thank you for allowing me to be part of this amazing group! I need your expertise and advice on this topic please since this the first time my husband & I are going to Paris.

We have already a pre-paid early dinner at Madame Brasserie 6:30-8:30p.m. early June. We would like to go to the Summit that same day, after dinner (Can't plan to do it before diner because we are arriving to Paris that same day).

Some friends have told us that it would be too much to do 'Madame Brasserie and the Summit on the first day', however we don't want to be in a long line another day waiting for hours (even if you have your prepaid tickets for the Eiffel Tower). The closer you get to the Olympic the more difficult is getting to obtain tickets; the tickets for the Eiffel Tower have not been on sale 60 days in advance since April.

1. How can I purchase our two tickets to go from the first floor to the Summit?

2. Do we need to take the elevator down to the ground level, after dinner at Madame Brasserie, to take another elevator to the Summit?

3. Is there is an elevator with an operator in the first floor where you can show your tickets to the Summit for that day, let's say 8:30pm?

You cannot buy first floor to summit tickets. Whaat you can buy is summit tickets separately for the time you want and then just use the ticket to get from floor one to floor two and then from two to the top. Everyone changes elevators on the second floor -- there is no direct elevator.

so you should not need to go back down.

So you go to dinner, After dinner you use your ticket purchased separately and take the elevator to two (or you walk up). They might not look at the ticket 1 to 2 since people with tickets from the ground floor frequently get off there and then later ride to two. Once on two you use your summit ticket to the top.

I think I got it, please correct me if I’m wrong. I’m going to buy the Summit tickets for that same day (if possible). After dinner we use our tickets (purchased separately to the Summit) and take the elevator from floor one where “Madame Basserie’ is to floor two (don’t think my husband would want to walk up after a 3-course meal).

Once on floor two we use our summit tickets to get to the top.

I must select the time slot to purchase the Summit ticket.

Do you think a 9:00pm ticket to the Summit would be achievable having said that our dinner ends at 8:30pm? Have read that there are long lines for the lift and don’t want the operator to tell us that we are late because of the line.

Please help us!! Thank you so much!
