What ticket or procedure to use to access the Eiffel Tower summit prior to eating at the Jules Verne Restaurant? I'm aware that the Jules Verne Restaurant has a private elevator to their second floor location. Thank you!

This is testing my memory as it was several years ago. As I remember we had a ticket to the very top, spent some time there and then return to the middle (restaurant level) and walked into the restaurant. For us, it was lunch and we had the fixed price lunch special. Great restaurant with great views.
