I noticed that the Eiffel Tower offers a package with a glass of champagne at the summit. Is it possible to buy the champagne once I get to the top if I decide later that I want it? If so, do you know the price? I purchased it separately in 2019, but I don't know if things have changed.

Yes. But it is a plastic small glass and nowhere to sit -- I'd go to the ET and then go to a nice wine bar and have a planche and a coupe de Champagne later.
