We are taking our grandson to Paris. He's a teenager, an athlete and in excellent shape. Months ago I purchased lift tickets to both 2nd floor and to top. I imagine my husband and I will take the lift but, on second thought, I think he'd rather take the stairs. Does anyone know if he'll be able to gain access to the stairs while holding a lift ticket rather than stairs access? I can't find anything on the Eiffel tower website about this situation. I'd rather not have to purchase an additional ticket for the stairs. We'll be there in 10 days.
