I thought I’d check again to see if anyone knows of a company I can get 2 adult and 2 infant tickets for Aug 26 at 10:30 or soon after to go to the summit. Quite desperate. Thank you!

if you go on line on the official site at 1 pm 7 days in advance, that is when most of the tickets are released; you may have luck if you persist (it sometimes freezes or is 'sold out' precisely at that time as the lines jam, but keep returning to the site and you will probably get tickets)

Hi Kathy, Viator has tickets available on that date for “Paris Eiffel Tower Guided Tour with Access via Lift”.
Second option, stand in line and get tickets on August 26.
Third option, have an adult or two stay on the ground with the babies while the others go up, then switch.
