Eiffel Tower advanced tickets entering time

Hi,

My husband and I are travelling to Paris with our two year old baby in a few weeks.
For the past few weeks, I've been checking available tickets online with no luck.
Today I saw they have two consecutive time slots open with one of the days we are in Paris, so I immediately went ahead to buy them. However I needed three tickets total (two adults and a baby), but the first timeslot (5pm) has only two tickets available and the next time slot (5:30pm) has only one ticket available. I went ahead and book them anyway because I was afraid they will be sold out again before our trip.
1. My question is, how early can you arrive for your ticket time? If my husband and baby and I all queue up at 5pm that day, will they allow us all to go in together? If not, is it possible for me to wait for my husband on the second floor or is there a time limit for me to stay up there before we have to go down?
2. Also I noticed all three tickets are under my name, is that a problem? Do they check IDs at Eiffel tower?
3. Also can we bring our baby stroller up to the second floor (can be folded)? Or is there a place to check in the stroller?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I think children under four are free! The youngest rate ticket is 4-11 on their website.

There is no time limit at all on how long you stay on a level of on the tower at all.

Just checked ET website, children under four ARE free. You bought tickets from offical website? It's very clear babies are free ( under 4)

Hi guys,

Yes actually I thought that was weird too for me to purchase ticket for my baby even though it's free for her to get in.
But I booked on the official website and it has a ticket selection for baby 0-4 years old, it will let you select number of people, but the price will say zero on it. That's why I thought I had to get a ticket for her as well. So I bought 3 tickets total, 2 adults and 1 baby (free). I think baby needs a ticket to get in too, even though I didn't actually pay for her ticket.
I think we will all get in line at 5pm, and see if they will allow us to go in at the same time.
Does anyone know if stroller is allowed inside?
Thanks.

Jenny I looked on ET site again.. under FAQ it says "pushcars only allowed if foldable" and that there is no cloakroom.. so you should be fine.

I guess you have to get a ticket for baby just for number control.. space in elevator etc.. I think you may just get all in together.. if not.. its not end of world if one adult has to go up first.. or vice versus.. enjoy.

Ps.. even if nice day at bottom its a good idea to take a sweater for baby.. it can be windy up there.

Thanks for the advice. I wish we don't need to bring the stroller, but with babies this age you never know, she might want to take a nap in the stroller.

Jenny I don't think two is too old for a stroller.. especially on holiday in Paris where you will walk and walk and walk! Sometimes I have seen posts by those with 6 yr olds that cause me to take pause though..
The wee ones ( under 1 ) that you can carry around in slings and backpacks are the easiest age .. but then everyone tells you not to vacation with them at that age.. but they are easy at that age.

Have fun!
