Hello! I bought timed tickets to the ET 2nd floor. Should I expect a line to enter? How long will the typical visit last to the 2nd floor? Should I plan for 1 1/2 hours?

you will line up with your time cohort -- I'd get there at least half an hour early so you are closer to the front of that line. You do perimeter bag check then line up, then go through security. Two years ago it took us 70 minutes in line, with timed tickets to get to the elevator. I hope that was unusually bad -- but in any case, there are lines with timed tickets now that pretty much everyone has timed tickets.
And hour and a half on the tower is plenty for the second floor, but you should give yourself a lot more time for the experiece since you will lose some to lines. You could go down to the first floor as well if you wish.

How long you choose to stay on the 2nd or 1st floors is completely up to you. Last time I went, I was on the 1st floor sitting in the Adirondak chairs waiting for the lights to come on, as I'd never been on the ET when lit. I spent 3 or 4 hrs on the tower that day.
