Eiffel in Winter

This will be our first visit to Paris in late November. During all previous visits, the Eiffel would not sparkle until nine or ten o'clock....after dark. Since it will be getting dark earlier in late November, does anyone know what time she will begin to 'sparkle'? I realize that it is on the hour, just wondering what that hour may be. Thank you, as always, for your help.

We were there last November. It was dark about 5. It sparkled soon after dark. The day we went up we went up at 4 pm to see light sunset and the city light up. The tower was sparkling while we were on our way down.

In late November, it will get absolutely pitch-dark at around 7:30.
On the other hand, sensors will turn on if it is cloudy or rains.

The whole tower is illuminated.
Then, you only have 5 minutes for it to sparkle.
It's always after dark, exactly on the hour.

The whole tower stays illuminated until 1 AM.
