Any recommendations on cheap eats for Breakfast and Lunch, no more than 20 Euro per meal and not touristy? Also any great restaurants recommendations for dinner?

Estella, as I pointed out in another similar post, you can search yelp by arrondissment, and a bunch of places will come up, which you can filter by price, etc. Read reviews carefully and take them with a grain of salt.

For a nice dinner out, check out Paris by Mouth (listed by arrondissement) or David Lebovitz. We really liked Le Timbre, which is in the 6th a few km from the 15th, it's listed in both of the links below. Have a great trip, and eat lots of good food.
