Just booked Eastern France for September; same tour we had planned to take before Covid got in the way.
So looking forward to visiting parts of France that we have not been to before - Champagne region, Alps, Alsace region.
Keep On Traveling!
That is a wonderful tour. You will love it. We did Provence on our own for two weeks after the tour. I miss France and can’t wait to go back.
A-A, I was booked on a cancelled Eastern France tour in 2020 too. I have put in a reservation request for May 29, 2022 but haven't gotten confirmation yet. Fingers crossed.... As you can tell from my user name I'm a big fan of Rhone wines and can't wait to visit that region as well as Burgundy and Reims. I will try to leave some wine for when you arrive in September.
Mary, glad to hear you loved the tour. Once I'm confirmed I will post and ask for post-tour recommendations in Provence area. I have been to Nice but nowhere else in that region.

We are confirmed for May, and now we will start planning the extra days. It's so exciting to have a trip to look forward to!
This was one of my favorite tours. I arrived in Reims 2 days early and was very glad I did, since I got to go to places not on the tour itinerary. There is lots to see and it's wonderful to just soak up the ambiance as well. The winery tours were wonderful, the towns were beautiful, and it was a fascinating trip. Enjoy!!!!!
I am confirmed for the May 29 tour. Is that the one you’re on @mnannie?
@plumeria, so happy to see your positive review! What champagne house did you visit on the tour? I want to arrive in Reims early and do more tasting. Don’t want to repeat visits.
