I was able to secure a really good deal on airline tickets from LAX to Toulouse arriving on March 28 which is during Holy Week before Easter. My question is: will France and the Languedoc region be operating enough to enjoy a tourist trip during this time period before and including Easter Sunday?

This will be the end of my month in Provence. In particular there is the Feria in Arles, March 28-April 1. There will also be the usual markets, although maybe not on Easter.
