I'm staying in Bayeux for few days and leaving on Saturday July 11th to Caen and on to Rouen. I want to get the train from Caen to Rouen at 7:09 AM, but there is nothing leaving Bayeux earlier than 7:30 AM.
Any advice on how to get to Caen that early on a Saturday? Train or Bus or some other means???

It looks like it will be taxi or private hire - the trip is about 1 hr 45 and can cost from about 75 to 200 euros, depending.

30 minutes is a better estimate! Taxi will do the job.
I think the first respondent confused the drive from Bayeux to Rouen -- which is indeed about 1h45m by car without traffic -- with the drive from Bayeux to Caen -- which is closer to 30m as the second respondent said.
