E-ticket for add-on tours or fountain day at Versailles (no hard copy)?

We purchased King's Apt tour and instructions are to print that ticket (we have the Paris museum pass for general admission). We are traveling and it would be a nuisance to find a printer.

We have been admitted to a number of places in France by showing my cell phone with a clear display of the code on the confirmation PDF. I would like to know if anyone has tried this at Versailles.

Thanks!

Hi Catherine, go into the guided tour office when you arrive. Show them the email confirmation / PDF of your tickets and they should print you a paper ticket. That's what we did a few weeks ago and it was no problem.

Thanks, Julie, that's exactly what we did. I kept getting an error message when I clicked on the pdf, so had nothing but an error message to print anyway. Versailles tour office said we were not the only people with that problem.

We bought a fair number of our tickets once we were in Europe, and even though instructions sometimes were to print the tickets were admitted by showing our phones. Phone display worked for the evening concert at St. Chappelle, as well as a number of places in Barcelona. And all the Italo trains on our last previous trip. Very convenient!
