We plan on driving from Chalon sur Saone to Paris after our cruise in April. We will have 4 days before we arrive in Paris to fly home. Any ideas re: where to stay along the way? Thanks. Karen

Get well informed about the Burgundy region, explore it at a leisurely pace and visit Fontainebleau or Vaux le Vicomte (check opening hours) on the way back to Paris and don´t think about anything else, allow yourself to enjoy a place at its utmost, that´s my opinion! You can consider Vézelay to stay along the way.
