Driving from Troyes to Colmar in May

We will be driving from Troyes to Colmar. It's about a 4 hour drive. We would like to stop about halfway, for lunch. There are so many towns and villages. Hoping someone can suggest a town/restaurant/market. We will be driving on a Thursday. Thanks.
