Can anyone recommend a chauffer/driver that can pick 4 persons at CDG and drive us to Bruges and, after a couple of days, bring us back to Paris? Thanks.

It's a 3 hour drive! Plus the driver would likely want to be compensated for the 3 hour drive empty each way. It will likely be faster (and much cheaper) to either:
- fly into Brussels instead of Paris or
- fly from CDG to Brussels or
- take the train from CDG to Bruges.

The driver might also want to be paid to stay in a local hotel, in the event you require his further services.
I agree with the other options mentioned above - unless someone in your party is ill or has a mobility impairment.

I recently used a car service from Amsterdam to Bruges. It is about 250+km and took about 3+ hour for 300 Euros.
Considering the time and cost for the 1St class train tickets from Amsterdam to Bruges (Via Brussels) for 2/3 persons. it is worth the money.

But it's not necessary to purchase 1st class tickets. We never do.
