Dordogne restaurants anyone? Anyone?

We are traveling to the Dordogne by car from Normandy in June.. and staying in the Dordogne for 4 nights. Looking for guidance regarding food places and restaurants while there - low to high end is all good. Thank you in advance!

prontomess,
When we were there last year we had a really nice lunch at Les Courtines at La Roque Gageac. We had salads and tartines among the seven of us. We all loved the really fresh and well-prepared food. Lovely setting (we were outside), reasonably priced, friendly and good service. A really nice experience for our family! (By the way, if you check it on TripAdvisor, which I just did, the pictures of the food there are accurate.)
We had a celebration meal splurge at Le Grand Bleu in Sarlat. It is near the train station (we parked in the small station lot). It doesn't look fancy, but the meal was superb! One of the best we have had in France. Not cheap, but deserving of the cost. And impeccable service. Our other cafe meals were good, but not memorable (although the cafe on site at Lascaux IV was quite good). We had a house for the seven of us, so we had a few meals there.
We spent our ten days there in the western end of the region. I can't speak to places further east.
Rest assured, it is unlikely you will have a bad meal anywhere in the Perigord. Perhaps if youy tell the forum what towns/villages you will be in, you can get more suggestions.
Bonne chance et bon voyage!

years ago -- but we had terrific meal at Esplanade in Domme. We have had several amazing multi course dinners in the Roseraie hotel dining room in Montignac but I know that the hotel has changed hands, so don't know if it is still wonderful.
